Welcome to the department of Hospitality.

The Department exposes students to an environment oriented to both business and hotel operations and management. The curriculum is a combination of theory and practice where students are exposed to hands-on training in Food and Beverage production and Service, and Accommodation management within the facility and in the hotels where they will do their attachment and internship. The students acquire not only technical and management skills but also the necessary soft skills such as spirit of service, social etiquette, personal responsibility, commitment and teamwork.


Our market-driven programs range from Artisan certificate, Craft certificate to Diploma level, as well as other specialized short programs, courses and seminars to promote professional development and life-long learning.
Our vision is to train and be a recognized center of excellence in provision of practical skills relevant to the global hospitality industry.

The graduates will be better equipped with skills to work in hotels as well as in various service organizations such as resorts, restaurants, airlines, cruise ships, hospitals, conventions and conference facilities and banqueting, or venture into business start-up of events management and outside catering.

Next on demand is Diploma in Catering and Accommodation Management program. This prepares students for management and entrepreneurial career opportunities.
